Returns
On listings that permit returns, please notify us first before returning the merchandise. The address for returns may be different from the address from where the item was sent. You will need our return confirmation number before we can accept any returns. Please note that we cannot refund your shipping costs back to us.

International Buyers
Please note that per insurance regulations, we cannot accept PayPal payments from non-US buyers for over $20.00. We recommend international buyers who wish to pay by credit card to use BidPay instead.

Invoice Errors
If the amount on any invoice differs from those on the Ebay listing, the prices quoted on the listing will be used.  In these cases please accept our apologies for the error.

Voiding of Warranty
If there are any problems with the purchase, please contact us immediately to give us a chance to help.  Leaving negative or neutral feedback without giving us a chance to fix the problem will void any warranty and render the sale final.
